Supervises: MFG Tech Trainer
Job Responsibility:
- Lead annual training and development needs analysis and establish, follow up and evaluate training and development plan based on organization strategy, department business and individual development.
- Assist HR Manager to implement talent development program including key talents and HIPO identification, calibration, development and retention.
- Assist HR Manager to conduct position competencies, shift leaders competencies and leadership competencies building and maintaining.
- Work as a TTT master trainer, coach and partner with Shape internal trainers to develop learning solutions, including instructor led programs, materials, technology based learning and other appropriate learning approaches and tools.
- Manage, motivate and develop internal trainers to continuously improve delivery skills, course design & development skills, facilitation skills, coaching skills and performance improvement skills.
- Design, develop, facilitate common soft skills learning programs, and support leadership training programs.
- Extract and accumulate organization experience, lesson learns and technical knowledges.
- Operate and manage Mobile Learning System: creating and maintaining the learning record, analyzing the learning data, leading and developing blended learning courses.
- Coordinate with external sources to customize learning and development programs as needed.
- Supervise and cooperate with MFG Tech trainer to optimize new orientation programs, OJT, special licenses obtaining and review.

Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor Degree or above. Certified Trainer preferred, TTT experience would be a plus.
- 5 years + learning and talent development experience in multi-national companies. Experience with training delivery, curriculum design & development, learning technology, learning evaluation, and familiar with talent development principles & tools, assessment tools and competency model.
- Good oral and written English skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrable expertise in building strong relationships, collaborating across departments, networking, negotiating and influencing skills
- Good computer skills especially for Microsoft applications (Excel and PPT)
- Excellent self-learning ability, team work spirit and ownership.
